Walter Roller

Walter is originally from Vienna, Austria, where he renovated century old homes while also building a successful sales career. After working as a CEO for several European companies with positions all over Germany, in Chicago and Japan, he decided to return to his roots: construction and real estate. He started a real estate company in Duesseldorf, Germany in 1996 together with his wife Petra. Initially they represented among others WCI, at that time one of the largest developers in SW Florida, in the German market. In 1997 they opened their office in Naples and in 2000 in Marco Island. Walter holds a broker license and is a licensed general contractor.

He has a construction company and has built a number of custom homes in Collier county. Check out the Coast to Coast Custom Homes Inc. website. Customers appreciate Walter's extensive knowledge about the area, including Estero, Naples and Marco Island. They also value his advice on the construction of a home, choosing a building site or remodeling options and cost. His hobbies include new tech gadgets, golfing, boating and fishing.

Petra Roller

Petra was born in Hildesheim, Germany and worked in banking and as an independant travel agent before entering the real estate business. She works as a new homes specialist in their company's model homes and in general real estate.

She holds a broker's license and has a teacher's degree in Ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement) from the highly acclaimed Ohara Ikebana School in Tokyo where she studied for almost 3 years.

She enjoys helping her customers with the interior decoration of their homes. Petra likes running, working out, following interior design trends and growing orchids.

Michael Roller

Mike grew up in the Naples and Marco Island area, and graduated from Barron Collier High School as well as from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on International Marketing.

He joined the family business in 2005, first with Coast to Coast Custom Homes as its Vice President in charge of sale and marketing. After he got his Real Estate license in 2007 he also joined The Roller Team and is successfully selling Naples and Marco Island Real Estate. He has completed numerous courses to further educate himself about the Real Estate business, including GRI 1, E-Pro certification, and the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors Leadership Program. In November 2009 he has been certified through the National Association of Realtors as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. Mike has strong selling skills, due in part to his graduating the Joe Verde Professional Selling Skills seminar twice. Mike plans to finish his GRI certification and to get his Brokers license before the end of 2010.

Mike adds value to The Roller Team because of his highly developed skills. He is building our custom websites which generates buyer leads almost daily. He uses his strong telephone and selling skills to actively market The Roller Teams listings to those buyers. Mike speaks three languages fluently - English, German, and Spanish - and is actively working with European and South American customers.
