Alden Woods is a new neighborhood in Lely featuring 116 units with two bedrooms, 2 baths ranging from 1,650 to 2,040 Sq.Ft. starting in the mid $ 250,000's price range.

Ascot offers coach homes with 1,632 Sq. Ft. living area and 2 bedrooms plus den, 2 baths on the first floor and 2,040 Sq.Ft. with 3 bedrooms, baths on the second floor. Most units were built between 2003 and 2005 and offer a nice layout with spacious kitchens and raised ceilings upstairs. One or two car garages.

Ashton Place features 78 single family homes with floor plans from 1,649 Sq. Ft. to 2,369 living area. Stock began building in this neighborhood in 2005. Pricing for resale properties ranges from $ 399,000 to $ 529,900.

The Avonlea neighborhood will be built by Stock and consists of 34 single family homes in five different styles. The spacious homes feature 3 bedrooms, den, 2 to 3 baths and range from 2,601 Sq.Ft. to close to 2,900 Sq. Ft. Pricing starts at $ 520,000.

Caldecott is being developed by Stock and offers five floor plans as well, ranging between 1,650 Sq. Ft. and 2,394 Sq. Ft. Prices in this neighborhood start in the mid $ 350,000 range.

Calumet Reserve is an established neighborhood of attached villas. Currently available resale homes range from approximately 1,500 Sq.Ft. to 2,000 Sq. Ft. with listing prices between $ 199,000 to $ 329,000.

Champions neighborhood features 60 coach homes within a gated enclave with their own clubhouse, pool and spa. Currently available re sales features between 2,160 and 2,686 Sq.Ft. living area and are priced between $ 350,000 and $ 579,900.

Chase Preserve consists of attached villa homes by Stock construction. The neighborhood was build in the mid 1990's and is sold out. Living areas range from 1,600 to 1,820 Sq. Ft. Currently available inventory is priced between $ 184,350 and $ 249,900.

Chatham Pointe is a built out single family home neighborhood in Tiger Island area of Lely. Currently available is only one home with roughly 2,300 Sq.Ft. under air, built in 2000 at $ 529,000.

Classics Estate/Classics Plantation homes are located in the prestigious Classics subdivision of Lely and owners can join the private Classics Golf Club by Gary Player. The homes in this enclave are luxury semi-custom or custom build homes. Four luxury builders offer their plans starting from $ 1,000,000 and up. Current inventory ranges from 2,602 Sq.Ft. living area and $ 714,900 to 5,335 Sq. Ft. and a price tag of $ 1,850,000.

The Cordoba neighborhood is being developed by Jerulle Construction. 50 courtyard style homes showcase a compact, Spanish inspired design and offer six different floor plans ranging from 1,544 to 2,219 Sq.Ft. in one and two story designs. Pricing starts at $ 437,500.

Cottesmore is a new neighborhood of 57 single family homes build by Stock Development. Five floor plans range from 2,225 Sq. Ft. to 2,668 Sq.Ft. and offer between two and three bedrooms plus den and 2 baths. Pricing ranges between $ 449,990 and $ 729,000.

Covington Place is also located in the exclusive Classics section of Lely Resort. This exclusive neighborhood features larger homes modeled after estate homes with up to 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3 car garages.

Coral Falls condos are in mid rise buildings along 951. Currently available units were built between 2003, have 2 bedrooms and 2 bath and 1,000 sq.ft. living area. Prices range from $ 94,400 to $ 199,900.

Falcon's Glen is a neighborhood of single family homes built in the mid to late 1990's. Membership at the Player's Club is not mandatory. These homes can be rented weekly and some have an impressive rental history. Living area ranges around 1,600 to 1,700 sq. ft. Most homes overlook lakes and/or Flamingo golf course. Current inventory ranges from $ 299,000 to $ 389,000.

Flamingo Fairways offers two story condo buildings with 1,480 to 1,650 sq. ft. living area which were built between 2001 and 2003. These condos can be leased 12 times a year, there is no mandatory Player's club membership and the condo fees are reasonable. Current inventory ranges from $ 220,000 to $ 298,000.

Greenlinks is a condo neighborhood of professionally managed rentals. Owners receive a 50/50 rental split. The owners receives 42 free rounds of Golf at the Flamingo or the Mustang course, renters have preferred tee time status. The condos offer between 1,060 and 1,454 Sq. Ft. living area and prices range from $ 118,000 to $ 399,000.

Hawthorne coach homes offer spacious living areas with 1,880 Sq.Ft. on the first floor, 2 bedrooms plus den, 2 baths. The second floor units offer 2,523 Sq.Ft. living and 3,200 Sq.Ft. total area. Most of these condos have great lake views, two car garage, reasonable condo fees. Mandatory Player's Club membership and three leases per year allowed.

Indian Wells single family homes range in size around 1,700 Sq.Ft. living area and were built in the late 1990's, early 2000's. They offer 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Player's Club membership is not mandatory and 12 yearly leases are allowed. These delightful homes with golf course and/or lake views sold around $ 300,000 and have low Homeowner's Association fees. There are currently no active listings.

Legacy offers spacious coach homes between 2,160 and 2,686 Sq.Ft. with nice lake or golf course views, starting from $ 317,900 up to $ 450,000. Four units to one building make for private and bright residences with two bedrooms plus den, two baths and three bedrooms plus den and three baths respectively. Two car garages, mandatory club membership and three leases per year. Very close to Lely High school yet no visual or noise impact.

Lely Island Estates is a single family neighborhood with active listings ranging from a 2,100 Sq.Ft. home priced at $ 399,000 to a custom designed home with 4,750 Sq. Ft. total area at $ 995,000. Homes in this neighborhood are nestled between the golf course and lakes and are built between 1992 and 2007. The annual homeowner's fees are very reasonable and Player's club membership is optional.

Majors subdivision offers upscale single family homes with lake and golf views. Homes feature between 2,800 and 3,895 Sq.Ft. with prices for current re sales ranging from $ 650,000 up to $ 1,049,000.

Martinique at the Classics offers larger single family homes built by Stock Construction. Only twenty eight homes with four different floor plans will be built in this neighborhood. Sizes range from 3,660 Sq. Ft. to 4,200 Sq. Ft. and pricing starts at $ 565,000

Master's Reserve's single family homes are nestled in the heart of Lely Resort, surrounded by golf fairways and lakes. Homes in this neighborhood offer typically 3 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bath on mostly close to 2,000 Sq.Ft. living area. Current price levels are between $ 398,000 and $ 590,000. The homes were mostly build in the early 2000's. Player's club membership is optional and annual HOA fees are around $ 2,000.

Moorgate Pointe offers twin villas with two or three bedrooms and two baths and living areas from 1,916 Sq.Ft. to a little over 2,000 Sq. Ft. starting at $ 314,900. This new subdivision is conveniently close to Edison College. Three leases with a minimum of 30 days are allowed. Player's Club is mandatory.

Mustang Island is bordered by the community park in the west and features nicely appointed single family homes built in the mid 2000's. The homes offer between 2,016 Sq.Ft. to 2,776 Sq.Ft. living area for the largest floor plan and listings are priced between $ 484,000 and $ 7955,000.

Mustang Villas is a small enclave of attached villa homes built in the early to mid 1990's. Floor plans feature around 1,600 Sq. Ft. with vaulted ceilings and 2 bedrooms plus den or 3 bedrooms. Optional club membership, current active listings are priced from $ 270,000 to $ 299,000.

Mystic Greens condo neighborhood hugs Lely Resort Blvd., to the right after entering at the main entrance. The spacious units were built between 1998 and 2000 and offer 2 or 3 bedrooms plus den. Sq.Ft. range between 1,880 and 2,359 living area, optional club membership and 3 leases with 30 day minimum.

Ole is one of Lely Resorts newest neighborhoods featuring flats, casitas, town homes and split-level town homes. A village of Mediterranean styled condos clusters around the village center with a movie theater, fitness center and bistro. Floor plans range from 1,227 Sq.Ft. and a $ 186,000 price tag to units with 2,039 Sq.Ft. in the upper $ 300,000's range.

Palomino Village offers attached villas built between 1996 and 1997 that feature 1,500 Sq. Ft. under air. Currently available are homes are priced between $ 249,000 and $ 295,000. Annual homeowner's fees are only $ 600, club membership is optional.

Pinnacle Cove is a small enclave in the Lely Estates area that offers single family homes of about 2,000 sq. ft. living area with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The homes are around 10 years old and prices range between $ 385,000 and $ 475,000.

Player's Cove offers the most spacious condos living almost like a single family home. Floor plans range from 2,091 Sq. Ft. with 2 bedrooms, den and 2.5 baths up to 2,743 Sq.Ft. with three bedrooms, three baths, den and bonus room. Both plans offer two car garages.

Prestwick Place borders onto Lely High school and offers single family homes in the $ 300,000 to $ 499,000. Living areas are between approximately 1,700 and 2,000 Sq.Ft. with mostly 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, some homes offer private pools. Club membership is required, HOA fees are only $ 600 annually.

Saratoga coach home neighborhood is situated close to the 951 entrance off Grand Lely Blvd. These condos feature between 1,880 and 2,498 Sq.Ft. living area, with up to 3 bedrooms plus den and one or two car garages. The buildings surround a lake and consist of 4 units to one building. Club membership is optional, very low HOA fees.

Sunstone on the Fairways is a neighborhood close to the main entrance of Lely Resort of US 41. There are 12 unit buildings and 4-plex units feature 1,295 Sq. Ft. living area to 1,644 Sq. Ft. This neighborhood is sold out and were build from the mid 90's.

Sussex is another single family neighborhood developed by Stock. Close proximity to Edison College and backs up to the Classics golf course. Home sizes range around 2,250 to 2,480 Sq.Ft. and current listings are priced from $ 645,000 to $ 899,000.

Tiger Island Estates is truly located in the heart of Lely Resort. It offers single family homes built in the late 1990's, early 2000's, ranging in size from 2,500 Sq.Ft. to close to 4,000 Sq. Ft. Active listings show prices between $ 490,000 and $ 998,000. Player's club membership is optional.

Twelve Oaks is one of the first neighborhoods to be built in Lely Resort in 1991. These two story condo buildings offer homes at 1,000 Sq. Ft. living area between $ 169,000 and $ 179,000, optional club membership.

Verandah's condominiums offer 1,646 Sq.Ft. living area, built in 1996 and located close to 951. Active listings start currently at $ 285,000. No club membership required.
